Service Description
AnyWork provides a marketplace platform connecting clients with professional service providers. We do not provide the services directly but facilitate the engagement, communication, and payment processing between parties.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. Service providers must provide accurate information regarding their qualifications and experience. Clients must provide clear project requirements and process payments in a timely manner.
Privacy & Security
Your use of AnyWork is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement robust security protocols to protect your data, but users are responsible for their own security practices when interacting on the platform.
Detailed Provisions
1. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
2. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
3. Modifications: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
